My mother always told me
Never be unprepared
The worst could always happen
When you’re alone, frightened or scared

My father always told me
Fight for what you believe in
Because you are alive in your soul
You’re heart will keep on beaten’

My advice to you is simple
It’s something I’d like you to keep
It is to hold on
